Purchasing

If you are just starting an Etsy account to purchase from my shop, please type kopydlow in the Referrer box. You will have my eternal gratitude!

If you see something that's almost right but not quite, or if what I wrote in the description isn't comprehensible, feel free to contact me via Etsy message.

Gift Orders

If you purchase an item as a gift, please indicate your request in the Note to Seller box or let me know as you send over payment, so the recipient does not see the price. Gift wrapping is available at no extra charge.

Payment

Prices are in USD. Paypal is truly preferred (USD or EUR). You do not need to be a PayPal member to send a payment via credit card. Please be sure that you clicked on the Pay now via Paypal link in your Etsy invoice. If not, you will receive an invoice from me within 2 days of your purchase.

If you have not paid for the item(s) within 3 days, I will send you a reminder.

Item(s) not paid for within 7 days from the day of purchase will be relisted and the buyer will be reported to Etsy Admin. The transaction will be considered null and void.

I may also exceptionally accept French personal checks and cash (EUR only). Please contact me.

Shipping

Item(s) will be mailed out within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received. However, custom orders and requests may take longer to ship.

Domestic shipping price is for European Union (including new members) and Switzerland ; international shipping price is for all other countries.

For the moment, Etsy doesn't automatically calculate the shipping cost using the two areas I specified above. If you live in the European Union or Switzerland, please contact me and I will edit the shipping cost and mark the item(s) reserved.

Insurance can be added where available upon request.

Combined shipping is definitely available. Do not pay at the time of purchase ; ignore the Etsy auto-invoice. Wait for me to send a new invoice with the discounted total combining the order.

I will assume no responsibility nor offer refund or replacement for loss or damage that occurs in transit (unless insurance has been purchased). Any problems with shipment should be handled directly with the postal service.

Returns & Exchanges

No refunds or returns on custom orders and requests, except in the case of seller error (such as wrong shipment).

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as you received it. Item(s) must be returned within 15 days. Exchanges for similar item(s) may be possible, depending on the stock available.

The item(s) must be in the original condition. If used, worn, damaged, soiled or altered in any way, a merchandise credit will be given instead of a refund.

Shipping fees will not be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees in the cases of a return or exchange.

Feedback

Feedback is optional and always appreciated. It allows other members to feel more secure when considering a purchase or sale. I make sure to leave feedback for all customers.

I don't consider the transaction complete until any outstanding issues have been resolved. For this reason, I prefer to leave feedback after the order has been received.

If you do not know where to do so, sign into your Etsy account, go to the top of your screen and click on Your Account which will bring you to the page where you can click on Feedback.
